In the first instance please advise the airline of any disability required at your time of booking and always check that any help and assistance needed is included within the price of your flight ticket.
If you experience problems walking and may find it difficult to walk to the boarding gates then ask your airline to book either wheelchair assistance for you or a special assistance vehicle.
At check-in do ask if you'd preferred to stay in your own wheelchair up until boarding.
Disabled toilets are available in the terminal building's first floor, the departure lounge and arrivals hall.
A Minicom facility, for the hard of hearing or deaf passengers, is available at the unofficial information desk. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are permitted in the terminal building.
An ambulift is available, providing access to and from the aircraft for travellers with limited mobility. However, do pre-book this service so no delays or unavailability is experienced.
